Senses

If only you could hear the music in my head,
you would know why my fingers are aching,

If only you could see the blue in my eyes,
you would know why my lips are trembling.

If only you could taste the anger in my vein,
you would know why my fists are clenching

If only you could touch the tears on my cheek,
you would know why my heart is burning.

Oh dear, my dear, if only you could.

---------------------------------------------------------------
P.S.: This is my first poem in English (or second, if you count the missing-glasses one). :) I know, I know, I should have been studying for my finals exams, but it kept coming to me! So I have to write it down. It was supposed to be a happy poem. The inspiration came to me when I was dancing (more like jumping and kicking) while listening to my iPod. The first line I wrote down was "if only you could hear the music in my head, you would know why I'm giggling." But after that, I started to write in a sad tone, to a point that I had to go back and change the first line. Another inspiration of this poem is from studying the empiricism for my philosophy class. You know, all the senses and stuff.

@_@

WHERE is my green-frame glasses?!
Is it on the desk? no.
Is it on the bed? no.
Is it on the fridge? no.
WHERE is it?!
FINE! I will just wear the red-frame glasses then...
Oh, shoot. It's on my nose!

P.S.: this is what happens during my final's week.

Spring is here

Just came back from the women's choir spring tour. I am very tired, but praise the Lord, not sick yet. For two weeks, we sang at different churches. It is great to see how God works through our voices. I had a chance to share my testimony at a very nice church. We spent an afternoon at a beautiful beach in Hunting Island in South Carolina. It is also fun to meet different host family every day. It was a good experience but I wish I had another week off before the school starts.

Oh, guess what! My fishes are still alive! One of my friends took care of them last two weeks. They are very active now. Every time when I feed them, they swim to the surface of the water and jump and spray water on me. It was very cute at first, but now it is getting annoying (I don't want to get dirty fish water on my face everyday). Anyway, Lili and Lala are living happily in my big bowl. Actually, I need to feed them now...

My plants are doing well too. There are more Peace Lily flowers coming out now. The English Ivy stays the same.
Although I'm on facebook now (regretting...), I still prefer to write in my blog. It feels quiet and peaceful here.

My Plants and Pets

OK. I confess, I bought plants. I know I will probably kill them, but they make my room much nicer! And, they purifies the air in my room too!! Amazing, right?! Alright, let me introduce my English Ivy and Peace Lily!

OK, I have another confession to make. I got 2 pets. ...... I know, I will probably kill them too. But no one wanted them! I have to take them! Here, I want to introduce my two little fish pets: Lili and Lala (Lili is bigger than Lala).

I will update their health conditions. I promise!

Long Time No See

I think I really named my blog right. When was I here last time? I have been so busy that I forgot about myself. Well, it is good to be back.
Today, I stood at the "door" of "Facebook" for a long time. I was hesitating if I should open an account. I did a search for my name "lulu he." Many came up. I did not like their looks and I don't want to be one of them. So I did another search for my other name "xiang xiang." Guess what I found! There is a wikipedia for this name. "Xiang Xiang was the first giant panda to be released into the wild after being bred and raised in captivity." ... I watched a youtube video about this "Xiang Xiang" Panda. He/She was cute.
Well, in the facebook, there are many "xiang he." 99% of them are male. I don't want to be one of them either.
I am still facebook-free. Well... I have to go now.
